Ougos is a special kind of visitor exchange. Ougos has focused on increase click-throughs to websites. With the registration, the user receives a separate rotation link. The link is inserted into OUGO browser. Over the Ougos system Ougos the user visit pages by other users. For each visit over OUGO Browser the user get credits . The credits can be used for own web page.
§1 Registration
1. Registration on Ougos is free. Only one registration per user is permitted.
2. Optional premium memberships can be booked for a fee.
§ 2 Rotating Link

§ 3 Registration of websites
1. It can only be recorded in the site Ougos system, engage in any illegal activities.
2. The following pages are not included as well:
a. broken links
b. pages that lead to other sites
3. The following sites are permitted:
a. Music and Videos
b. framebreaks pages
4. Websites will be reviewed by an administrator or co-administrators within 72 hours. In special cases, opt-may exceed the specified time. By energizing is the registered site integrate in the Ougos system. A further review does not take place.
5. A deletion of the site from the system is made by the registrants. In cases of violation of the Policies or a law, the administrator will delete the page and initiate criminal proceedings, depending on the hardness against registrants.
1. The use of Ougos is allowed only for legal activities. Everything
else that goes over the legality addition, is the responsibility of the
user.
